Effective August 28, the US government eliminated the Di Minimis Exemption, which allowed all goods under $800 to enter the USA duty free.
Duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and there is nothing we can do to get around the duties. Duty rate will vary based on product.
All items are exchangeable for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery or pickup for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Vintage, undergarments, and socks are final sale.
Books, Candles and Laetitia Rouget purchased online are final sale. Items purchased in store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase—if unused and in original packaging.
We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Ellie Mae items purchased from other retailers including full full-priced or secondhand items.
Log into your Ellie Mae account and select the order you would like to return. Under Options, select Start a Return and follow the steps to process your refund.
If you do not see the option to Start a Return, your item may not be eligible for a refund and you should contact info@elliemaestudios.com if you feel this is an error.
If there is a product you see sold out in a size or colour, please fill out the Request a Size option on the product you're looking at. You will be notified if the item comes back into stock.

If there’s a t-shirt you’re looking for or a band you love, let us know and we’ll keep an eye out. There’s no promise we’ll find it but we’ll add it to our list and let you know if we’re able to.

Shipping rates will be applied at the checkout. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer within their own country.
Standard Canadian shipments usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Standard shipments to the United States of America typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables.
For all international orders, items typically take 5-10 business days, depending on the country.
Express shipping is available for all North American orders.
Orders placed online can be cancelled so long as shipping has not been updated on your order.
To cancel your order, visit the My Account section and select the order you would like to cancel. From there follow the steps to cancel your order.
