Returns

Ellie Mae gladly accepts returns of full priced items purchased on Ellie Mae’s Online Store within 21 days from the delivery date. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags, still attached. Any goods returned not in their original condition may not be returned or refunded.

All Vintage items are eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. 

Items purchased on sale may be exchanged for another size or for store credit only.

We provide free return service on all North American orders. Simply log into your account on www.elliemaestudios.com and select the order you would like to return. Under Options, select Start a Return and follow the steps to process your refund. If you do not see the option to Start a Return, your item may not be eligible for a refund and you should contact info@elliemaestudios.com if you feel this is an error. 

Items purchased at our Archive Shop, or during a seasonal sale are considered final sale. Items that have been worn are also considered final sale.

Items purchased online from our Sale section are considered Final Sale and may only be exchanged for another size or for store credit. 

We want you to love your product so if you would like a different size or simply changed your mind, bring your items back to our Toronto store, with your proof of purchase and our team will gladly help you with your return.

At this time, items purchased in-store are not able to be returned online and must be brought back to the original store it was purchased from for a full refund.

A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned from an online order. We require up to five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise at our Studio .

Your financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account but it typically takes 24 hours.
