We want you to love your product so if you would like a different size or simply changed your mind, we provide free return service on all domestic orders. For international orders, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number, from here we’ll send you an electronic return label to send back your products.
Items purchased during seasonal sales are final sale but may be exchanged for a different size.
Items purchased at our Archive Shop, or during a seasonal sale are considered final sale. Items that have been worn are also considered final sale.
A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise at our studio.
Your financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account but it typically takes 24 hours.
We gladly accepts regular price and sale returns, of merchandise unworn, altered or washed within twenty-one (21) days from the date it arrives. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. All Vintage items are eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Merchandise returned damaged or worn may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Ellie Mae.
