Returns

Through the month of August, Ellie Mae will be closed for a summer break. Any online order that is placed between August 5, 2025 - September 4, 2025 will ship out on September 5, 2025.

Customer service can still be reached by emailing: info@elliemaestudios.com and someone will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.

All items are exchangeable for store credit only. We are happy to accommodate exchanges within 14 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery or pickup for online orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Vintage, undergarments, and socks are final sale.

Books, Candles and Laetitia Rouget purchased online are final sale. Items purchased in store may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase—if unused and in original packaging.

We cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for Ellie Mae items purchased from other retailers including full full-priced or secondhand items.

Log into your Ellie Mae account and select the order you would like to return. Under Options, select Start a Return and follow the steps to process your refund.

If you do not see the option to Start a Return, your item may not be eligible for a refund and you should contact info@elliemaestudios.com if you feel this is an error.
