Ellie Mae gladly accepts regular price and sale returns, of merchandise unworn, altered or washed within twenty-one (21) days from the date it arrives. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tagsAll Vintage items are eligible for a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. If there are any questions about Ellie's Vintage Closet, please email to speak with someone. Merchandise returned damaged or worn may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Ellie Mae. 

WAREHOUSE OR SEASONAL SALE purchases are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund.

All returns must be authorized by Ellie Mae before sending merchandise back. Simply email us at and reference your order number in the subject line. A member of our customer care team will be in touch within two (2) to five (5) business days to issue a return authorization number.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise at the Ellie Mae warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns must be shipped with the UPS return label provided to you. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Ellie Mae.

Price Adjustments

Ellie Mae does not honour price adjustments on our products.
